State and local damage-assessment teams are working to document impacts from this week’s flooding and storms across Texas.

Residents and business owners whose homes, vehicles, businesses, or other property sustained damage are encouraged to submit a report through the Texas Division of Emergency Management’s Individual State of Texas Assessment Tool, known as iSTAT.

Report damage here: damage.tdem.texas.gov

Include photographs and as much information as possible when completing the survey. Reports help local and state officials determine the extent of the damage, identify community needs, and support potential disaster-assistance efforts.

You should submit the online survey even if you have not spoken directly with a local or state damage-assessment team. Please share the reporting link with anyone affected by the flooding or storms.
