Rain returns to parts of Texas Wednesday and Thursday, and yes… some of y’all in the Panhandle may see snow showers. Most of the state stays above freezing with cold rain, while a few narrow snow bands could drop up to an inch or so up north. Here’s your full Tuesday evening breakdown.
