Hey, good evening. I’m Texas Storm Chasers Baldy-in-Chief David Reimer. It’s your Wednesday evening update for December 3, 2025.

Snow is already starting in parts of the Texas Panhandle, with heavier bands expected after 10 PM. These narrow bands could drop 1 to 2 inches for many areas, but some spots may get 3 to 4 inches or more. Roads like I-40 and 287 may become slick and hazardous overnight into Thursday morning. A Winter Weather Travel Advisory is in effect for much of the Panhandle.

Farther south and east, scattered showers and storms continue tonight across Southeast Texas, the Golden Triangle, and the upper Texas Gulf Coast. A few storms right on the coast may become strong with hail or gusty winds. A brief tornado or waterspout can’t be totally ruled out.

Snow diminishes in the Panhandle by late Thursday morning. Meanwhile, Thursday evening through Friday morning brings another round of light to steady rain for the southeastern half of Texas.

We’ll have winter weather mode activated on the Texas Storm Chasers 24/7 live stream, with radar, warnings, and updates throughout the night.

Have a safe night, and God bless.
