A dangerous supercell thunderstorm has moved into Texas from Mexico and is now over Roma in Starr County, moving east-southeast around 30 mph along Highway 83.
This storm may produce giant hail up to softball size (4 inches) capable of causing serious damage to vehicles, roofs, and windows.
Communities from Roma to Rio Grande City and Sullivan City should prepare for destructive hail and severe weather around midnight.
If you are in the path of this storm:
• Move away from windows
• Go to a center room on the lowest floor
• Put as many walls between you and the outside as possible
